lailai invited us to his house for a buffet lunch, and it is actually on next sunday, but all the while i thought is today!
so when darling and i reached his house, both him and yh were super shocked, and seeing their shocked expression i noe that i got the date wrong. wah lao si bei 摆乌龙. i feel like an idiot.
since at their house already, so we went in and i transferred their wedding pics to my external hard disc.

this morning i went to expo with darling to check out the travel packages. we reach there at 1015 am and to our bloody astonishment, there is already a long queue. its really crazy!!! and i psycho-ed darling not to go in this time because second half of the year still got one more natas fair for the dec holidays. can tell she is a bit disappointed, but i promised her that the dec trip will definitely materialise, and she felt better. so for those who are going to natas tomorrow, please think TWICE.

my acsm course have 27 people. 6 regulars, 6 NSMEN, and 15 NSF. so at the start of the course we got do a self introduction, being NSMEN of course we must tell them what is our career and so they know that i am a teacher.
and the most funny thing is most of them start calling me 老师. even some of the regulars also call me 老师. damn funny. it will not be a surprise that they dun noe my name at the end of the course.
2 weeks of ACSM course have passed.
next week is super siong. i have 3 days 2 nights outfield, starting from monday. we are fighting 3 missions. i am the CSM for laager and the PC for advance. si bei stressed ah. confirm will be super lost. my last outfield was dunno how many years ago. and i am eating combat rations for the whole 3 days. woo hoo.
tomorrow i going NATAS fair with darling! looking for japan packages for dec!
why am i in my current job. because of one word. PASSION. passion is you still go back to sch on a sunday even though you have reservist.
so there is this CARE IN CANS event that happened in my sch yesterday. it is actually part of a minister visit to tampines neighbourhood by ministers, consisting of mr lui tuck yew (minister for MICA), mr mah bow tan, mr masagos and others.
it is a very dua zhong visit ok! got media coverage and lots lots lots of cameras.

the canned food that we collected over the past few weeks are used to lay out the symbol B2B, as shown in the picture above. B2B is the tagline for my workplace 25th year anniversary celebration. B2B means be what you want to be. guess who came up with this? of course is not me. is by batman.
we collected 6438 cans, and we have officially broke the existing Singapore Record (8.6m by 8m) with the Our B2B logo (13m by 9.8m) formed by the canned food.
the after admin is super siong, because we must remove all the 6438 canned food from the hall and move all of them to storeroom. IT IS REALLY CRAZY!!! all of us were perspiring like mad when everything is finally done. even the 2 VPs stayed back to help move the cans.
what a way to spend my sunday morning. hahaha.
