finally i have endured and gone through 16 weeks of teaching.


the next three weeks will be mid year exams.

for the last week of the term, i will be going kota tinggi for overseas camp.


and the first week of june holidays i will be going to korea. *woo hoo*


the remaining weeks of june holidays will be burnt because i will be busy with the preparations of the anniversary performance.


ok let's start with this morning at 645 am, when i was walking to sch.

the sky was already so bright at 645! wow~


and then at night i went to indian times restaurant at big splash east coast park for buffet dinner with my family. 

the kebabs are part of the buffet~ the green color balls are soya bean. the big orange balls are potato. the one behind is assorted veges consisting of mushroom, onion, cherry tomato and green pepper. and then behind the assorted veges is spinach chicken. behind the spinach chicken is normal chicken. and the one right at the back is fish. YUMMY!

my colleague went for the WP rally at serangoon stadium, and she took photos of some funny posters. let me share them:

While walking down the street one day a MP is tragically hit by a truck and dies.

The MP's soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.

"Welcome to heaven," says St. Peter . "Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you."

"No problem, just let me in," says the MP.

St. Peter says, "Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity."

"Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven," says the MP.

"I am sorry, but we have our rules", replies St.Peter.

And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell. The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.

Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.

They play a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and champagne.

Also present is the Devil, who really is a very friendly guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he realizes it, it is time to go.

Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises...

The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens on heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him.

"Now it's time to visit heaven," St Peter says.

So, 24 hours pass with the MP joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and the 24 hours in heaven passes by and St Peter returns.

"Well, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now which will you choose for your eternity?" St Peter asks.

The MP reflects for a minute, then he answers, "Well, I never would have thought it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be happier and better off .. in hell."

So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.

Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.

He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.

The Devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder.

"I don't understand," stammers the MP. "Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?"

The Devil looks at him, smiles and says,

"Yesterday we were campaigning....... Today .. YOU voted."

important life lesson #4

A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. 

A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” 

The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” 

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.

A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.

important life lesson #3

since hw is bored, i shall let him have something to read.

A priest offered a lift to a Nun. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. 

The nun said,”Father, remember Psalm 129?” 

The priest removed his hand. But,changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. 

The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” 

The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.”

Arriving at the convent, the nun went on her way. 

On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. 

It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.”

Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

 this one show two legs. haha.

jj & zm's wedding @ grand copthorne waterfront

today is the big day for jj and zm. it is quite a big day for myself and darling, because is our first time dancing waltz as an actual couple, where our love and chemistry is being tested. a tread on each other's foot, a wrong turn, or even a slight miss of eye contact will result in a strain of our relationship. 


so the waltz dancers have to be at the ballroom at 330 pm for our rehearsal.

the wedding cake. it is fake, but got a strong chocolate smell coming out from the cake.

the vip table. this is the first time i see one big vip table with 20 people.

checking out the banquet menu. we will be in for a nice dinner treat!


so we rehearse and rehearse, until everybody is clear on what to do, and the GWH (gold with honours) choreographer aka mr ah sen hok fen gives us the approval, then we went up to our room to rest. jj and zm is so kind to give us a hotel room until 7 pm. thanks for the welfare. dance until hand break also will continue to dance. :)

we had a fun time inside the room. watching tv; chatting about dance, syf and others; eating macdonald. fen and i even went to the pool for a swim. too bad we din play taboo. hahahaha. 

and let's fast forward to the wedding banquet. very happy to see so many dance people, dressed up nicely, instead of seeing them in their usual dance costumes with usual stage makeup.

it is quite a fun and enjoyable experience. thank you for zm for choosing us. and thank you fen for choreoing such a fabulous routine with simple steps and we could put up such a splendid performance with minimal practise. no wonder you are the GWH choreographer. 

now what i need is the very honest person to agree with the statement above. hahahaha. 

our Good Friday

our Good Friday started off with a nice dim sum lunch @ imperial treasure restaurant paragon. 


very satisfied with all the dim sum dishes that we ordered. the best of the day is the shark fin dumpling, $7.50 for one big dumpling in a small bowl. shiokness to the max.


and then we went to shop around at 313 somerset and orchard central. darling bought 4 pairs of socks. i din buy anything. :p

today i followed my chinese dance girls to ucc for their syf.


first, let me show you the action behind the scene.

everybody is putting on make up and doing their hair. ok you see the two girls above rite? at first their hair are tied all the way to the back.


but who knows, later on...

wah biang amazing leh. the hair was so hard that can poke people until blood come out.

important life lesson #2

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. 

The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” 

“Me first! Me first!” says the administration clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” 

Poof! She’s gone. 

“Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii,relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” 

Poof! He’s gone. 

“OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. 

The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.”

Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.

went to vibez studio in the morning for wushu practise. hw is going to join us next week! yay! hahahahaha.


after that went to have lunch with darling at bigO restaurant inside wheelock place.

darling said that this pic looks a bit obscene. hahahahahaha. 


after lunch we went to grand copthorne waterfront hotel to do a rehearsal for zhimin's wedding dance.


and then i went home. preparing myself to go to work tomorrow. another weekend is gone, just like that. :(

important life lesson #1

NAKED WIFE



A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbor. 

Before she says a word, Bob says, “I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.” 

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob.

After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. 

When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, “Who was that?” 

“It was Bob the next door neighbor,” she replies. 

“Great!” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?”

Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

4 am post

good morning! 


i am awake at this weird hour because yesterday when i reach home at 715 i was so tired, after eating dinner i went to lie on the bed for a while, and who knows i slept until 1030 pm, then i woke up still feeling seh seh and sleepy, so i just off my comp and went back to sleep, and now i am awake.


i saw darling msn me but i was really too tired to reply her. sorry darling~ :p


this week is already term 2 week 4, and 2 more weeks, it will be mid-year exams. time really flies very fast.


ok some updates of my life:
- going to watch my sch's modern chinese dance syf at ucc hall next wed afternoon. they practised very hard and hope they can get a good result.

- performing a wedding dance for zhimin's wedding. fen is choreographing a waltz routine. there are 8 dancers, 4 male and 4 female, my partner is darling! :)


- i am now practising wushu with rhythm n moves. we are taking part in 集体拳 in this year's 全国赛 held in late may. my last wushu competition was 10 years ago. :p


- going for overseas camp at kota tinggi from 23rd to 26th may. next thur i am going to kota tinggi with the pe teachers for a recce. 


- going to korea for cca overseas immersion program from 30th may to 3rd june. i think i am very fortunate to be chosen by my boss to go for this trip.
