i miss taiwan food~
my little sis is going taiwan next monday. darling is going taiwan in late june.
just now i looked through photos of my taiwan trips. such happy and lovely memories with darling. wonderful (cannot say happy and lovely because sound very gay) memories with KC and zhenhong too. omg i miss taiwan food sooooo much!!!

hotels in korea

i know the hotels where i am staying~
1) Diamond Hotel (Busan)
The Diamond Hotel opened in 2003 and is a new style luxury hotel located in the core of Yeonje-gu, Yeonsan-dong rotary, which is new center of Busan. The hotel boasts Asia's largest adult nightclub, Arabian Night, and has a deluxe level of guestrooms and facilities. The hotel is located in the best location- the center of Busan, where all of Busan's government buildings are located, including Busan City Hall, City Council, City Police Agency, and judicial complex. Seomyeon shopping district and Dongnae spa resort are just 10 minutes by subway.
The hotel also boasts large guestrooms (more than 50 sq. meters), which are uncommonly big by Asian standards. Especially large are the Ondol rooms, which are about 76 sq. meters, and group rooms, where more than 10 people can stay comfortably. jeremy and yingli's wedding
today is my jc classmate yingli's wedding. her wedding lunch is held at the fullerton hotel. *wow*
let me bring you a trip down memory lane, to see how much we (me and my jc classmates, not just me and her) have changed, and how much we have grown.
in 2004, when 4 of us went to KL. i stayed in the same hotel room with 3 ladies leh! hahahaha. and i look like a nerd.
in 2006. yingli has to organise a community event called FOOD FROM THE HEART as part of her fyp. and she asked my wushu team to perform for the event. we took photos with eunice olsen, flying dutchman and vincent ng!
in 2008, at another jc classmate's wedding.
in 2010, at baozhen's house for cny gathering.
in 2011, at baozhen's house again for cny gathering.
and now, i present to you, yingli's wedding:
you should have guessed that the theme for the wedding lunch is white and blue. *ahem* party!!! and i am the emcee, the other emcee is xinyi, standing on the extreme right.
of course must show you the hotel room. hahahahaha.

after the wedding lunch i went to darling's house for dinner. and i watched the live streaming of blackburn vs man u. we need just one point to clinch the title, and we earned the point, and also the title! yay!

thursday post
hurray! my parents are back from cambodia!
they bought nothing for us (their 3 children). they bought for the house one buddha figurine, bottles of medicated oil and one big plastic bag of mushrooms.
this few days when they were not around i did not eat any fruits, hence i had quite a hard time doing big business. now they are back my fruit intake is back too! because everyday after dinner my dad will cut fruits for us to eat. my dad is the best.
ok a question for everyone. if there are only 3 fruits left in this world - pear, strawberry and banana, which fruit will you choose?

it is already six pm. i am the only one inside the staffroom.
marking and marking~
now is mid year exams and we can leave early, depending on what time the last paper ends. the earliest off work timing so far is 130 pm.
i choose to stay until so late because of the air con! the weather is crazily hot! yah this morning it rained heavily but just for a short while. yesterday i stand in my bedroom for one minute doing nothing also can perspire. -.-'''

monday post
hooray! holiday for today! but poor darling and the other pharmacists have to go to work today. today is also my first time fetching darling to work and she feel very 幸福, i also feel very 幸福, we both are very 幸福. yay 幸福 FTW.
anyway my parents went to cambodia for holiday. they left sg yesterday morning. and they will be back on thur afternooon. so pple, jio me for dinner ok! hahahaha.
actually only left with wed night to jio because tmr night my little sis wants to cook. woo hoo. looking forward.
the weather now is really very very very hot, hot to the extent that i want to strip myself naked because the perspiration will just wet my clothes.

sunday post
why is the weather so hot!!! why is pee-A-pee not doing something about it!!! i will vote for the opposition!!! that will show them!
yesterday was voting day. after i cast my vote at my pri sch, i rushed home to bathe and change because i am going for my cousin tan yean hwai's ROM at fairy point chalet 1 @ aloha changi. dun ask me why he choose a aloha changi chalet for his ROM. hahaha. next time when i ROM and if my wife-to-be is still *ahem ahem* who stays in woodlands, i will want my ROM to be in kevii hall because that was where we first met, but then a couple already held their ROM there, so i dun want to copy them and i have to crack my brain to find a better place. maybe go to somewhere cold since the weather now is sooooooooo HOT!!!
btw my cousin's wife is from thailand. very pretty. already 4 months pregnant. and the wife has a twin sister. buy 1 get 1 free?! haha just kidding. and the bride has female friends/relatives from thailand who came for the ROM, and they are quite HOT. it makes me question about their sexuality but i shall not question.
after the ROM i went to esplanade to meet with *ahem ahem* and a group of NUSCD dancers to watch a performance by Universal Ballet of Korea. the dancers were fabulous of course, but i am super duper impressed by their sets. it is amazing lah~
and then quickly rushed home to watch the election results on tv. i think this is a great activity to bond with family and friends. bond with family at home in front of the tv. and bond with friends on facebook. the facebook status updates are crazy!!! at the end of everything i had 67 emails from facebook! hahahaha.
the biggest result has to be WP winning aljunied grc. feel very sad that george yeo has to leave the parliament. he is really a good minister.
since GE is already over, let's look at some pics that will always remain in our hearts:

important life lesson #5
POWER OF CHARISMA
A turkey was chatting with a bull.
“I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,” sighed the turkey, “but I haven’t got the energy.”
“Well, why don’t you nibble on my droppings?” replied the bull. “They’re packed with nutrients.”
The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after the fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey down the tree.
Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.
