And i love how freaking detailed the grand budapest hotel is. Every single freaking frame is so freaking balanced. Gives me moments of obsessive compulsive disorder but i can totally watch it forever. 

student leaders investiture

today was student leaders investiture, whereby the sec 4 student leaders step down, and the sec 3 student leaders step up to take over.

insane flexibility

i thought of having this fringe activity during the mass run that was held last thursday at pasir ris park. got this inspiration when watching one of the running man episodes. i believe that it will be a hit among the students, and it really was! :)

long weekend post

long weekend was spent at darling's house, planning our US trip itinerary together and playing with xuanxuan.  

darling and i are going to US in june!

mass run 2014

i have organised numerous performances and one major production for the workplace. 

this year i am being tasked to be the overall in charge of mass run, and i must say it is damn shag, because have to take note of so many details, and have to work with so many different groups of people. the major production in 2011 was not that stressful as compared to mass run. 

thankfully everything turned out quite well, except for a big cock up that the mineral water came in one hour fifteen minutes late because the deliveryman waited at the wrong place and didnt know how to come to pasir ris park. and batman was quite angry about it. shag man... but is ok, we all learn from mistakes, and next year will be a better event! (thank goodness i am not the overall in charge for next year hahahahahaha)

feel very blessed to have the strong support from my pe dept colleagues. without them, the event wun be held successfully. our teamwork is so strong, and we always look out for one another. :)

a magazine cover that i collaborated with my ex-student's bf! the bf is an artist and can draw very well! so i came up with the concept, told him what i wanted, and what words to put on the picture. he drew a portrait of darling and tada!!! the final product looks good right? :)

A STAYCATION AT FAIRMONT HOTEL!

fairmont got expresso machine ok! mai siao siao. 

and then i brought darling to the famous 'Sushi Bar' at Far East Plaza for dinner! 

so far this is the best place i have gone to for good delicious sushi. restaurant is very small, and they dun take reservations, be prepared to queue for at least an hour! :)

this morning we had buffet breakfast at Prego, a restaurant beside Fairmont. 

great staycation to recharge both of us!
