saturday post
went to catch this performance at goodman arts centre with darling and some of the WRS peeps.
my favourite item is the guy's solo item, as well as the fangirls + hot guy combined item.
the burlesque item was quite disappointing because the steps were not synchro and the chairs were arranged 歪歪-ly during some part of the dance.
didnt get to see the opening item as well as the 2nd item because darling and i were late. :(
after the performance was a romantic date with darling at strictly pancakes. pancakes portion was huge!
pancakes with caramelised apples and hot cinnamon syrup and vanilla ice cream! yummy!

monday post
this morning went back to the workplace for sec one registration. school is reopening in 9 days! ohhh no i cant believe it...
after the registration i went to do some retail therapy. presenting to you my new buys:
Fire Happiness gathering
it all started with this:
this was after saturday night's performance. a totally impromptu supper session. we chatted about the production, about the organisation responsible for this production, about certain people, about the taiwanese mangoes, and chatted all the way until 3 am, even when we still have another performance on next day afternoon. all of us had lots of pent up frustrations and we let it all out during the supper session.
right after sunday afternoon's performance, i am the first person to leave the performance chat group.
a while after that, a new chat group was started among us, and the pent up frustrations continued. the chat group was first named as 'Water Revenge', onee day later it became 'Fire Revenge', and a few days later when everybody had mellowed down, it became 'Fire Happiness'. the chat group was super vibrant everyday. in hatyai, when i off my hp at night, the next morning i woke up, switched on my hp, and was greeted with hundreds of messages.
anyway we had our first planned gathering @ The Sail. awesome place for a gathering, with an awesome view of the city landscape because the function room is on the 44th floor!

with mr nickson, a good friend whom i made from this production! i really think that we are quite similar in many ways, especially our professionalism and commitment towards performing arts. hopefully 15 years later i will still be as active as him! (oops did i just reveal his age)

we sang until 330 am! omg. after that i sent some of them back home. i slept at 5 am and woke up at 8 am to play soccer. i dunno how i survived. hahahaha.
looking forward to the next 'Fire Happiness' gathering!

Hatyai Day 4 & 5
day 4 and 5 is meant for xuehong, because it is shopping, shopping and shopping.
lunch at MK restaurant. MK is famous for roast duck. we treated jia + julie because they have been great hosts! we feel so loved from their hospitality and warmth.

on day 5, jia brought us to a local coffee shop for the best 猪什汤 that i ever tasted.
every time a meat dish appear in front of me and xuehong, the two of us will automatically hum/sing the song of the 夫人 scene in the WRS performance, and when we hum/sing finish, we will LOL immediately.
