hokkaido day 4

first attraction of the day is to asahi beer factory! not to get drunk, but to tour the factory, learning their operation procedures, and each person can taste 3 glasses of beer! shiokness for alcoholics, but not shiok for the two of us cos we dun drink. but we still got taste a bit lah.

the red beer on the right is asahi collaboration with a belgium beer company. that beer got sakura flavour that is why got the red color! taste sweeter than the asahi beer. another guy in my tour group said that the asahi beer here taste much better and more smooth than the asahi beer in sg!


ok after the asahi beer factory is a long long long bus ride to furano. furano is famous for the lavendar floral garden, which looks like this in the summer:

but because it is winter, we can only see snow snow and SNOW. we shall go to hokkaido in the summer to see the lavendar floral garden! that is a promise! :)

today we are checking in a new hotel. the hotel is awesome!!! it is a hot spring hotel, with tatami! and it has an awesome restaurant. we had buffet dinner and buffet breakfast at that restaurant. oh yah another of darling's wish is to eat crab legs! we din get to eat the gigantic hokkaido one but the restaurant here got decent crab legs that you can eat in sg's kushinbo. mai hiam xi buay pai lah~

darling very happy with the crab leg. :)


and being a hot spring hotel, of course will provide yutaka for the hot spring! :)

went for hot spring after dinner. the outdoor one! water is quite hot, at 41 degree celsius. it was snowing while i am at the hot spring. dipping my whole body in the hot spring with cold wind blowing against my face and snow dropping on my head is an ultimately surreal feeling.


after the hot spring we did leviation in the room. hahahahaha.
