day 5 - 那些年我们去台东

the theme of today's post is apple. 


not nzj's apple. not the literally apple. it is the movie "you are the apple of my eye". 

my apple is darling. what's yours? :p


we check out of minimi inn early in the morning and drove to taitung. had a pit stop halfway through the journey to have a pee break and photo taking.


presenting to you, the pacific ocean:

not forgetting, the four main characters of the brotherhood version of 那些年.

note: what i am typing below is entirely based on darling's perception of the four of us.


tyy starring as tyy - the special effects coordinator
xuehong starring as ashf - the gold with honours choreographer
hw starring as hw - the always think of funny yellow stuff king
nzj starring as nzj - the think out of the box and very honest ex dance president


in our brotherhood version, we have 热血，麻吉 and 青春. we do not have 九把刀, also do not have 初恋. i only have my apple in my mind right now. 

our first destination is 太麻里金针山. we travelled 12 km of mountain route to the top of the mountain, to enjoy this super spectacular view:

真的是太美，太壮观了!!!



lunch at 深山亚都, located at the peak of 金针山.

go to 金针山 of course must eat the 金针!

there were 3 other dishes but we were so busy eating and we forgot to take photos. :p



青山农场, also located at 金针山.

hey i just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number, so call me maybe?

the reason why i want to take this pic is because the colour tone of nzj's berms is very similar to the colour tone of my strawberry ice cream! but the pic come out already doesnt seem that way. :(

we are still at 青山农场, and it is time for bedtime story. today, i shall tell you the brotherhood version of little red riding hood. 

starring ashf, who was a white riding hood, as red riding hood; tyy, as the big bad wolf.

red riding hood happily going to see his grandma while big bad wolf is lurking behind a tree, eating strawberry ice cream.

red riding hood was distracted by a random flower, and big bad wolf shall wait no further and decides to attack his prey!!!

feast and be-feasted! and they live happily ever after... NOT. just as big bad wolf was about to finish devouring red riding hood, the farmer of 青山农场 appeared. big bad wolf was too full and cannot run away to escape from the farmer. so the farmer killed big bad wolf and use the skin and fur to make leather jacket to sell to a particular singaporean who is willing to buy leather jacket at Turkey at US499. yay.


so little red riding hood go up to heaven, big bad wolf go down to hell, and both of them are reincarnated as.............

ok sorry for straying away from 那些年. let's continue.


brotherhood checked in at taitung traveler hotel, where they will be staying for 3 nights. and where do they park the car? you can never imagine...

at the hotel lobby!!! how cool is that?! it was particularly stressful when reversing the car from the street into the hotel lobby. 

the cosy and comfy family room. it is good that we had such a nice room because we stayed inside the room most of the time, no thanks to the heavy rain.


那些年 ended day 5 with a yummy sumptous 铁板西餐.
