saturday post
went to run 10 km for the above event (if you can see the words on the medal). only 4 pple from my workplace signed up for 10 km, including batman, but batman din come because he said he got flu. :p
anyway my timing is 54 min 01 seconds. not too bad lah, taking into account that i super long nv run already
in the evening went to pan pacific hotel for my friend's wedding dinner. ate too much and now got diarrhoea. sian ah...

napfa warrior
my pe dept conducted napfa warrior 2011, inspired from the gameshow ninja warrior. of course the napfa warrior is the super small scale one lah as compared to ninja warrior. anyway the napfa warrior is for students who scored the full 30 points for their napfa test.
stations for the napfa test:
1) modified shuttle run
2) modified obstacle course
(i am the station master for this station)
3) leg raise
after doing this they have to run 500 metres to do station 4.
4) modified monkey bar
and then run 500 metres again to do station 5.
5) sit-ups with medicine ball

saturday post
met darling at orchard, and we had our dinner at the teppanyaki store at wisma food republic. the last time we ate teppanyaki was dunno how many years ago, at tampines mall.
and then we went to buy mooncakes at takashimaya to bring to fen and nzj's house for the mooncake party. just a word of caution to everyone~ if you use uob or dbs credit card to make purchase at heartland shopping centres like century square, tampines mall, lot 1, etc etc, you get 15% discount. but if you use the same credit card at takashimaya, NO DISCOUNT! wassup... feel so cheated.
but anyway i bought the assorted snowskin mooncakes from goodwood park. that time darling bought them for my family and its really very nice! mummy (the nuscd one, not my flesh and blood mummy) bought 猫山王 durian mooncake from 4 seasons! that one is super power too!
and there were also many food: potato chips, tiong bahru chwee kueh, agar agar, pomelo, lim chee guan bak kwa, mauritian mooncake, chinese tea... eat until very full. hahaha.
the finale of the party was the playing of taboo! playing taboo with the nuscd pple is really very fun. last year when i played taboo with hw, fen, nzj and hz at hong kong, we have to use the word "prostitute". this time we make it more interesting by using "bravo delta alpha". i cannot be so explicit but i guess this should be explicit enough? hahahaha.

the last 2 days of sept holidays
the pe dept organised a 2D1N sports & wellness camp on thursday and friday. the participants are the sports leaders, severely overweight students and severely underweight students.
wushu exchange session. this badminton girl is very flexible. her leg can kick quite high!
wushu training must definitely have "zha1 ma3 bu4".
also must have "ya1 tui3".
the finale event of the camp: war game!!! we call it "war of the worlds".

the pe dept! yeh!!! the water guns are used to shoot water at the students if they display unsportsmanlike behaviour during the war game.

sunday post
just came back from xiang de li's wedding. xiang de li is my wushu/dance friend, who is like me, because he knows wushu and dance, but of course he is 1000 times better than me. i am the certificate of participation calibre he is the gold with honours calibre. hahaha.
his wife works in mediacorp, hence this wedding there's quite a few mediacorp celebrities. i saw robin leong, chua en lai, kui jian, xu yahui and some familiar faces which i think got act as calefare before in the mediacorp tv dramas.
anyway the ava crew for tonight is totally wassup. music volume too loud, mic volume too soft. too much echo when the emcees are speaking into the mic. music take too long to start playing. and a few others that really spoil the wedding.
but the dance performances of the wedding really made up for those technical glitches. well done xue hong! the first item can see many repeated movements that yours truly got dance before. haha!
next time my wedding i also want to have performances. one singing item, one dance item and one wushu item.

teachers' day celebration
i lead the aces day mass dance for 1.5 hours. 0730 to 0815 for the lower sec, 0815 to 0900 for the upper sec. dance all the way for 1.5 hours and have to control two contingents of 700 students in the hall. wah biang totally shag to the max.

after the aces day workout is teachers' day concert. some of my B2B performers got choreograph a dance and they dedicated it to the teachers, but in secret they actually dedicated it to me. they originally called themselves TYYY (thank you y_ _ _ y _ _ ) but it will be a bit too kua zhang to say that in front of the whole school, so they called themselves TYT (thank you teachers) instead. :p

and then the teachers have a pampering session! because the 3NA and 3NT students got take elective modules on culinary, manicure and pedicure, make up and facial! so they set up their own "stalls" for us to enjoy all these services. i tried the facial and the make up. hahahahahaha.
the highlight of today is all of us went to universal studios! we are divided into groups and we have to play an amazing race. once we finish the checkpoints then we are free to explore universal studios on our own. the weather is simply too hot and there are simply too many pple (when today is only a thursday wassup!), so me and my pe colleagues just went to coffee bean and chill, then we went to vivo to have tea break at marche, and batman also joined us! hahahahaha.

oh yah, here are my presents:
