ipp + be yourself day!

time flies really really fast. i started teaching in this sch as a trained teacher on 28th june. today is 28th october. and it is the last day of school!


today have two activities. the first one is IPP. and the second one is BE YOURSELF DAY!


let's talk about IPP. IPP stands for In-Place Protection Plan. the purpose of implementing IPP is that during lessons, if some country wage a chemical war on us, then all of us have to seal the classroom using towels, trash bags or whatever stuff so that the poisonous gas wun diffuse into the classroom and kill everyone. must also set up a "toilet corner" in the classroom. and switch off all the lights and fans after sealing the classroom.


i love my form class because all of them are very spontaneous. dun need to give them any instructions. they will just auto-pilot and finish everything in less than 15 minutes. (although i must agree that 15 minutes is a bit too slow. all of us were be dead. haha.)

ok the classroom is almost sealed. my students are sitting down and rest. dunno why so many students are crowding at the toilet corner. haha.


so we have to wait... wait... and wait... wait until my OM (operations manager) gives the announcement that IPP is lifted, then we will remove everything and breathe in more oxygen!

and the next activity of the day, where everyone is looking forward to: BE YOURSELF DAY!


Be Yourself Day is a day where students are encouraged to hang up their school uniforms and dress up creatively to express themselves yet be aware of the school rules and social norms.

the runway show is held at the indoor sports hall. and every class will nominate a model to represent the class. so naturally, the mad hatter is the representative from my form class.

and i am sure that all of you are wondering that myself being tyy, what am i dressed as? hahahahaha. fret not, i shall disclose the answer very shortly...

after all the students did their catwalk, the student emcees start to saboh some teachers to go and do catwalk also. of course, i am one of them being sabohed. hahahaha.

during my catwalk, not only i walked, i also posed, i danced, i did push-ups, i did a cartwheel, and my beret dropped on the ground, i picked up my beret, took off my mask, and threw them at the students. and they were screaming very excitedly. haha. very fun.

aaron, the tall handsome canadian, who can dance like michael jackson. very sad that he is leaving us at the end of the year. :(

hafiz, the super fierce discipline master! he can dance very well too! teachers are really hidden talents! haha.


three prizes were given out. best dressed lower sec student, best dressed upper sec student, and best dressed class. very naturally, the best dressed upper sec student goes to the mad hatter from my form class!
